The Account Manager also responds to customer requests and identifies new business opportunities among existing customers. Key Responsibilities The main role of the Account Manager is to constantly increase net sales and revenue through the creation and management of a network of resellers, as well as profitable sales to potential customers who are key targets through the distribution partners Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest possible level through monitoring and managing key client commitments since their inception, through the ongoing support process Sometimes this can include direct participation in system deployments and project management assistance Help with market analysis (e.g., country, industry and competitiveness) and product management activities associated with prioritising, presentation and management of efforts to conduct business relationships in Target regions Train resellers and system partners on NCR products and sales programs Help respond to customer requests or forward applications to senior levels, if necessary Work with the sales team to identify and develop opportunities within the territory Negotiate contracts and enter into agreements to maximize profits Basic Qualifications Specific skills and level of mastery More than three years of sales experience Ability to think strategically and link disparate data sources to develop appropriate recommendations Strong project management skills, including monitoring progress on the work plan, managing project scope and managing several projects Experience in market research/industrial research, support for the creation of competitive marketing strategies Ability to represent our company's vision and strategy to internal and external audiences, including customers and the public Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Personality Autonomous and highly motivated, who knows how to prospect and when to close deals, able to produce results on time every time Decision-maker/analytics and objective/ve with excellent attraction Passionate and persuasive, yet pleasant and accessible Reaches a high level of integrity with a strong sense of personal ownership Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time Ability to gather feedback and ideas, and create synergy around a solution or path forward We want to find the best candidates and we are ready to do our best for our employees This means attractive financial conditions, an area of self-sustaining responsibility, a significant influence on the company's success, and common growth and development within a successful company, with experience. and excellent prospects for the future Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
