Main Purpose of the Job: Responsible for providing support and ensure that all assigned tasks are carried out in an effective and efficient manner. Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, email or chat to answer their questions and complaints Answer all incoming calls and address the caller’s problems in a timely manner Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required Perform tasks following the company’s line of conduct and behave in a polite and courteous manner with callers Regularly follow up on customers' files and call them back in the event of emergencies Follow step by step procedures in handling incoming and outgoing calls with the ability to resolve and close issues Collect customer information and enter related information in various company software products Escalate issues or unresolved queries to the supervisor and communicate what is related with other employees. Minimum Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor or Diploma Degree in any related field Training: Any related training will be a strong plus Minimum Experience: 0 years’ experience Skills 1. Communication Skills: Strong reading, writing and speaking communication skills in both Arabic and English Language Able to handle full conversations in English 2. Personal Skills: Ability to multi-task Has positive attitude Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others Customer service oriented Problem analysis and solving skills Has a high stress tolerance level 3. Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of basic computer tools (e.g. Office suite, Internet, e-mail)
