Job Description : A master multi-task admin and social media coordinator with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. You will manage the social media clients’ requirements from populating the content calendars based on the monthly brief sent by your manager. We expect professional, polite, and an attentive attitude. You should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Most importantly, you should have a genuine desire to learn and grow with the company. Responsibilities: ● Follow the posting schedule for each client’s social media accounts and make sure each post is done based on the approved calendar ● Reply to the complaints, comments and queries of our client's social media accounts in a timely manner. Escalating the issues if required. ● Visit clients every couple of weeks to shoot content for social media stories. ● Schedule and book the bloggers for special invitations. ● Translate any required material (EN/AR) ● Schedule blog posts ● Be responsible for updating own tasks on monday.com on your own work board ● Create documents and presentation as per company demand ● Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience. ● Supporting with hiring process by doing research online, posting job offers and pre-screening candidates CVs ● Perform other admin duties as necessary or required, like filling, scanning, writing letters, following up with payments...etc ● Perform other duties as necessary or required. Requirements: ● Excellent computer skills, especially typing ● Attention to detail ● Arab speaker is a must, multilingual preferred ● Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
