What’s On Your Plate? Responsible for onboarding all IC2 or below levels on the team. Orienting the new team members on all the used tools, processes and POCs. Supervises the marketing intern and ensures that all his/her outputs match the quality standards when it comes to social media moderation, content creation and briefings. Handles the execution of the 360 campaigns and ensures that all the required teams are fully aligned on all the deliverables to be done to meet deadlines. Is the secondary POC for Macro influencers and handles the major complaints and feedback that is received with the required teams. Ensures timely post campaign performance is shared by the marketing specialists based on the pre-set KPIs. Then a compiles proper readings, strategy and next steps with the marketing manager. Is responsible for monthly planning and preparation with all sales steak holders with the designated marketing specialist. Once the plan is prepared 2 weeks prior the start of the month, the plan should be shared with the marketing manager for review and feedback. Facilitating & ensuring proper execution of all the campaign requirements, while continuously monitoring the campaign performance & exposure. Also, must take the necessary steps to ensure the campaign reach the maximum exposure and performance while its running. Ensure theres a good inventory of giveaways and branding material for vendors and marketing activations. Supporting with the planning of all CSR/PR related communication material. Supervising the brand ambassadors/influencers communication plans and ensure timely renewal of the contracts, planning and publishing of the agreed-on communication and tracking the reach performance of their content. Making sure that all campaigns are well documented with screenshots, reports and financial docs on the marketing shared folder. Plus cross checking that all other campaigns have been recorded and the folder is up to date. Guiding the marketing specialists in the sourcing and production of all marketing giveaway materials and receiving the produced material and checking that it meets the production quality standards. Act as the seconday POC with suppliers in gaining PQs for all the marketing requirements. Run all received PQs by the marketing manager for final validation and executing the next steps. Ensure that all CRM briefs and request and track publishing and performance. Social Media: Organizing the monthly calendar (one month ahead) in alignment with the marketing manager to ensure that the communication is aligned with the brand direction. Ensure daily posting is secured and previously approved by the marketing manager. Supervise the brand responses on social media & ensure all inquiries and complaints are attended by the marketing intern and the addressable teams in a timely manner. Align with the marketing manager on the influencers communication plan and direction 1 month. Weekly monitoring of the competitors’ platforms. Monitors social media content engagement rates and continuously works with the marketing specialists on content refreshment under the brand identity and guidelines. Handling real-time content brainstorming and ensures execution. Planning all performance marketing campaigns and submitting briefs in a timely manner to ensure smooth operations. Events: Handles the on-ground activations with all the hired suppliers to ensure everything is delivered as agreed with the marketing manager, handles the invitation management (prepares, delivers and secures RSVP), prepares event branding and set up, prepares and sets up the giveaways and supports on the overall event agenda. Brainstorming on event themes, ideation and occasions. Payments: Responsible for double checking the reported costs by the marketing specialists on the expense sheet and confirms weekly financial closing. Responsible for ensuring proper financial documentation of invoices, PQs and supporting reports received. What Did We Order? Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any other related field 4-6 years of general marketing experience, preferably in the local market Agency experience preferred Knowledge of Media and Advertisement agencies process and work flows Time Management Skills Decision Making Skills Ability to deliver work with high degree of accuracy Fluent in both languages Arabic and English Communication skills (Written and Verbal) Excel Skills
