Store Manager

FLO Retail is the Footwear sector leader in Turkey that is established in 1960. Directly 10.000 and indirectly 30.000 employees are working with FLO. 55 Million pair footwear are sold each year. Today, FLO has nearly 500 Domestic stores almost in each city in Turkey and 100 International Stores in 14 different countries. As part of our strong development, Flo is Hiring store managers all over Morocco. Responsibilities • Manage all store processes within flo store standards, • To take necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction, • To ensure the management and development of store personnel, • To determine the strategies necessary for the realization of the sales targets, • Reporting to the top manager, • Continuous sales, sales-oriented and result-oriented, • Problem solving, organizing and planning ability. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree, • Minimum 2 years store manager experience in similar positions, • International business background preferred, • Fluent in english, or turkish, • Geographically mobile.
