We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Life Sciences team in Toronto. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.
You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Bioinformatician.
Your main responsibilities:
Perform statistical data analysis expertise using R programming, Python or other analysis packages
Run workflows to process and analyze sequencing data
Develop bioinformatics solutions for the analysis of complex genomic datasets
Provide reports with analysis results and descriptions of methods used
Keep documentation up to date
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in Bioinformatics
Solid knowledge of Statistical data analysis and data visualization
Unix/Linux knowledge
Good scripting background in python, Perl or shell
Experience working with NGS Data
Excellent communication skills in English
