Job Description
Process payment of employees’ salaries and expenses accurately and timely, ensuring that accurate appropriate statutory deductions are made in time.
Responsibilities
Reconcile and analyze all payroll related accounts/elements to ensure the account in Oracle/HCM/documents, etc. are correctly and accurately maintained.
Review and ensure that all necessary components of the employee's salary are correctly and accurately entered prior running monthly payroll or quick payments.
Review and check all monthly journal vouchers between relevant Oracle Financial Modules to ensure the financial books are correct before posting.
Review and check the monthly reports for any variances/delays to identify any gaps in process, to improve/simplify or automate the process.
Process online Employee Savings Plan deductions / contributions / Loans / Loan repayments to ensure that employee entitlements and equity are correctly identified and recorded in the company books of account.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
5 years of experience in payroll processing.
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) will be advantageous
Proficiency in MS office and Oracle Financial Accounting system.
Knowledge of International Accounting Standards, and best practices.
Good Communication Skills.
Good in organisation and attention to details.
