Production Coordinator

About The Job: Responsible to coordinate the daily activities and directly supervising all closing activities, ensuring types of machinery and personnel suitability at all times Duties and Responsibilities: · To oversee all the activities of the closing section operators and make sure that any adjustment or correction needed to run the closing machine is given promptly. · Shall be responsible to ensure the safe-keeping of closing section tools and, equipment and updating of tools inventory record. · To ensure any jobs done each day are properly and correctly reported on the report form. · In case the closing section Engineer/Senior Officer is unavoidably absent, to ensure all necessary machine parameters are set to achieve standard are forming prior to QA/QC inspection. · To ensure that all manufactured goods are properly labeled for traceability. · Shall supervise the loading of raw material into the machine. · Shall carry out any other duty that may be assigned from time to time. · Communicate all the production inquires and the Production policies with the labors supervisor or directly with the labors if needed. · Record all Received RM, FGs, and Waste, in excel (offline) and all the postings in the system (online). · Make sure the production hall is organized and every tool/material in its designated destination. · Make sure the production workflow is according to the plan. · Monitor the performance of the technical team and ensure the machine and its parts are treated with care. · Monitor the QC until we hire the QC team · Fill and complete departmental paperwork (including inventories, market orders, end of day reports). · Follow up OEE and Odoo system. · Set and follow up training and sessions plans. Qualifications: · Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electronic / Automation Engineer or other relevant fields. · 1-2 years’ experience. Skills and Knowledge: · Active Listening · Good follow-up and Monitoring. · Time Management. · Details originated. · Good Analysis Skills · Strong welling to learn. Computer literate.
