We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our marketing dream team and take responsibility for planning/executing marketing activities in order to increase brand awareness and market share of Debbane Agriculture Holding. He or she is the one who ensures that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by the management. Responsibilities Assist the marketing manager in preparing annual marketing plans and budget, and integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics. Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns. Develop communications materials, advertisements, presentations, or other initiatives to promote Debbane Agriculture Holding image and agricultural products. Create, proofread, and edit content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice. Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.) Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities Liaise with advertising agencies for accurate and timely delivery of Marketing Projects. Liaise with the Marketing Manager, Product Managers, Advertising agencies and printing house to ensure the production of the best marketing and products for the company. Liaise with the production officer and printing house to create and print all marketing materials. Maintain portfolio of marketing campaigns, strategies, and other marketing products. Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions. Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Business Management or Marketing or Communication. 5+ Years’ Experience in a similar role. Fluency in English, French and Arabic. In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
