The Services Operations Manager leads, develops and manages the Service Operations in Morocco reporting to MED Cluster Operations Manager and functionally to Service Sales Manager in Morocco.
Dealing with Services for Electrical Sector products (UPS, MV/LV Switchgear & component, etc..), responsibilities cover: Installed base management, Service planning, Repair workshop, Service Agreements, Installation and Commissioning & Repairs at customer site, Preventive Maintenance, Retrofit, etc.... Role is responsible for running and developing service operations in line with profit plan requirements, whilst applying the Eaton standard work practices as defined by Eaton Business System and driving Eaton’s Zero Safety Culture. Participation to MED cluster activities, management, development and cooperation is essential part of the work.
Job Responsibilities
Organize and plan the execution of the contracts + Adhoc services based on service sold by sales team and in line with customer expectations
Ensure the highest level of safety standards are implemented and aligned with MESH, Eaton's Zero Incident Safety Culture as well as national guidelines and procedures.
Responsible for building and maintaining Field resources capabilities & skills (technical training, tools, etc..)
Management of Field Service Technicians & Engineers team. Ensure efficient utilisation of FST/FSE force, compliance to EHS regulations, Field Audits, Training and development, building and maintaining Field resources capabilities & skills (technical training, tools, etc..)
Develop, inspires, motivates and manages the team in line with the Eaton Leadership Model to achieve business goals.
Drive Operational Standardization across the Country, including operational improvements in field engineering, back-office functions and service coordination in the Cluster and Shared Services centers.
Act as senior escalation point for customer, technical and operational escalations, coordinating with available teams to resolves issues. Work needs to be coordinated with Points of Contact in the factories, technical teams and EMEA Services
Facilitate as applicable the implementation and delivery of improved Field Service Systems (SAP / Salesforce)
Contribute to the EMEA Service Strategic Plan to ensure growth and sustained profitability in line with Eaton's overall strategic goals - particularly focused on EMEA productivity expectations.
Manage required performance metrics and evaluates and interprets data to drive performance improvement and productivity throughout the organization.
When required, interact with the EMEA Central Service Operation Manager on standards implementation, and participate in identifying, defining best practices and new standards
Interact with other operational teams in the country to identify and implement synergies.

Qualifications:
Education Level Required
B.Sc. In Electrical engineering or proven industry experience.
Preferred Education Level
Experience in Team Leading / Operational Management >5yrs, Knowledge of Field Service in industrial B2B environment, Experience in the electrical services preferably with UPS / MV & LV systems.
Technical Knowledge/Soft Skills
Advanced IT skills (Office 365, ERPs SAP, Salesforce)
Fluent in French & English.
Ability to lead the service team including remote team members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Systematic & good Time Management
Strategic vision
Transparency.
