We are Repeat - the world’s first frequency-based loyalty app for the food and beverage sector, based in Dubai, UAE. We are a fast-paced start-up where no two days are the same. Working in a dynamic environment, you will be appointed as a Campaign Manager reporting to the Head of Marketing to work on day-to-day media planning & buying, content writing and campaign management for app-related campaigns. This position is a full-time appointment to work with the marketing team. Candidates with experience in the F&B industry will be given preference. Duties and Responsibilities: Management of ATL, BTL and digital marketing campaigns Ability to manage and oversee the creative team Ideating, briefing, creating content, buying and optimizing paid search and social media advertising and reporting across both B2B & B2C business Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, website & app (UX/UI) & branding Strategic and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, but measurable solutions Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, working autonomously, and taking full control & responsibility for achieving pre-set objectives. This role requires the ability to operate on both strategic and tactical levels, with a keen interest in identifying and proposing new audiences and digital techniques to support growth goals. Organize, prioritize and meet deadlines is essential as is the ability to find hidden opportunities through consistent testing and research. Should be good at time management and flexible Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies Excellent written and oral communication; able to express thoughts logically and succinctly Proactive, dynamic, and digitally savvy with superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Improving user acquisition cost and increasing retention rate of existing users Responsible for proposing, planning, buying, deploying and optimizing all paid media programs such as paid search, paid social campaigns programmatic and native advertising, along with BTL & ATL channels to ensure top of mind brand visibility Assist in campaign development from conception to launch to deploy Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization Perform daily account management for all channels and provide on-going actionable insights into campaign performance Provide key findings, data-driven recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring and other areas of paid channels on search and social Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting Monitor overall budget for paid media and effectively deliver targeted performance Define, measure and interpret reports of relevant KPI’s to improve online presence and conversions Identify key business opportunities via spotting popular brands, trends, and pricing to ensure managing the portfolio toward a growth plan Have a strong understanding of website and SEO implications related to online content generation and maintain/improve traffic Propose, develop & execute content and channel strategy for PR, and other variety of organic channels Expertise: Digital media planning, buying and execution (Paid and organic) App Marketing Search Marketing Content Writing Overall campaign management (Digital, Influencer & ATL) Knowledge of Google Ads and 3rd party bidding tools Data analytics and reporting Experience with attribution platforms (Adjust | Branch.io | Google Analytics | FB insights) (Preferred) Digital and App KPI’s understanding ATL & BTL channel understanding Basic Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience Entrepreneurial mindset, previous experience working in a start-up or advertising will be advantageous Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or related field (Preferred) Demonstrated analytical ability, either in professional experience or education Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience overseeing simultaneous campaigns and understanding of current market trends
